4. Interview Intelligence™

Where you use Interview Intelligence™, you may submit interview transcripts, job descriptions, candidate information and panel feedback. This information is processed for the purpose of generating an Interview Intelligence™ report.

We recognise that recruitment information is commercially sensitive and may contain personal data. Interview Intelligence™ has therefore been designed to minimise the amount of candidate information retained by Buzzqube.

Interview transcripts and associated candidate information are not stored in the Interview Intelligence™ application database. Generated reports are held temporarily in the user’s browser and automatically expire after 24 hours.

5. AI Services

Buzzqube uses artificial intelligence technology to support some of our services, including Interview Intelligence™.

AI may be used to support analysis, drafting and reporting. Buzzqube applies its own methodology, instructions and safeguards to how this technology is used, and AI does not make automated recruitment decisions on behalf of our clients.

Where third-party AI technology providers are required to deliver a service, information may be securely processed by those providers in accordance with the applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements.

We do not use client or candidate information to train AI models.

6. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or download resources, we may occasionally send:

  • News
  • HR insights
  • AI for HR updates
  • Workshop information
  • Service announcements

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

7. Events

If you register for a Buzzqube event through Eventbrite or another booking platform, your information will also be processed in accordance with that provider’s privacy policy.
