Angela Rieu-Clarke
Angela Rieu-Clarke is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and the founder of Buzzqube, with extensive experience helping organisations navigate growth, transformation and organisational change.
Her career has spanned education, technology and senior HR leadership, giving her a practical and commercially grounded approach to people strategy. Before moving into HR, Angela trained as a secondary science teacher and worked in teaching and lecturing; experience that continues to shape her approach to leadership development, communication and learning.
Angela later moved into the technology sector, progressing into executive HR leadership and serving as HR Director and subsequently Chief People Officer for a growing UK digital technology consultancy. Working as part of the executive leadership team, she led across people strategy, organisational development, resourcing, HR operations, systems, culture and governance during a significant period of growth and change.
